Purchasing Online

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years.  By entering and confirming payment details in our shopping area, you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older.

Delivery Charges

There is a minimum order of six bottles per transaction.  All purchases must be in multiples of 6 (ie 6, 12 or 18 bottles per transaction).

We offer free shipping to select regions in Australia including New South Wales, Victoria, Adelaide and Brisbane.

For other areas, we offer flat rate shipping:

  • Tasmania, Queensland (ex Brisbane) and South Australia (ex Adelaide) – $20
  • Darwin – $30
  • Northern Territory (ex Darwin) and Western Australia – $40

We do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes.

General Delivery Information

Allow 14 days from receipt of your order confirmation for delivery.  A shipping confirmation will be sent to you once your purchase has been dispatched. If you have not received your order in this timeframe please contact us.

We use Australia Post for our deliveries.  Delivery instructions may be specified during the checkout process. Broke Estate does not accept responsibility for items stolen when an authority to leave has been specified by the customer.

Please note: during sale/ promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.

Returns and Refunds

If the wine is faulty or damaged in transit, contact us to arrange a replacement.

Changes of Vintage

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all vintages listed on our website are current, if the stocked vintage changes before your order is dispatched, we will contact you to inform you of the change and confirm the alternative is acceptable.

Pricing

All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.

Payment Security

We always endeavour to provide a secure, safe platform from which to conduct online transactions. We use industry standard SSL protocol which encrypts information as it is transmitted over the internet. This encryption makes information such as credit card numbers, billing details and delivery addresses undecipherable by other computers, ensuring privacy and security.

Any stored cardholder information is not stored by Broke Estate, but a secure third party, and is required to be encrypted with a suitable cryptographic algorithm. Broke Estate personnel do not have access to stored credit card information.

We use PayPal or Stripe for all online payments.
